Philosophy and practice of yoga originated in Northern India over 5,000 years ago. In contemporary world yoga found a fertile ground in the West full of an unprecedented stress and anxiety. I teach mindful yoga with elements of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditation. You will learn how to make your yoga practice more meaningful and take away new skills for living a happier life.

About The Yogini
Hi! I am Joanna.
Yoga has been part of my life for the past 10 years. My interest started with fancy Bikram and Aerial Yoga when I lived in Spain. Over the years I have been drawn to yoga in all forms and shapes. Learning Hypnobirthing, Mindfulness and Breathwork equipped me with invaluable skills for life. Upon completion of the Yoga Teacher Training I gained a better understanding of the Yogic Philosophy (8 limbs of Yoga).
